Bird counts set

The Guernsey – Fort Laramie Christmas bird count is Dec. 27. The public is welcome to participate.

Cheyenne – High Plains Audubon members will leave from Lions Park in Cheyenne at 7:30 a.m. and return late in the day.

Local birders will meet at 8 a.m. at Fort Laramie and then meet the Cheyenne group at 10 a.m. at the main entrance to Guernsey State Park. Contact Mark Gorges for more information on carpooling and what to pack, [email protected], 307-634-0463.
