Coyotes struggle early

The Pawnee Coyotes boys basketball team is struggling in the early going of the 2015-16 season, with a record of 1-4 so far on the year.

Pawnee opened the season at home hosting Dayspring Christian Academy on December 1.

The Coyotes tried to get their rhythm at the start but the Eagles took an early 15-2 lead in the first and never looked back. DCA led 29-12 at halftime.

The Coyotes tried to keep pace in the second half but were outscored 15-11 in the third and 19-16 in the fourth to take the 63-39 loss to start the season at 0-1.
