Lady Coyotes winless so far

Injuries and lack of a bench are putting the Pawnee Lady Coyotes in a bit of a predicament early in the 2015-16 season.

"This season, we are a very young team of six total, but currently playing with only five players," said Coach Megan Malcom. "Having no subs is a pretty big obstacle, add to that we have girls that have never played basketball before."

Last Friday, the Lady Coyotes visited Peetz to play the Lady Bulldogs. The first half was all Peetz as the Lady Bulldogs took a 17-2 lead in the first quarter, and outscored Pawnee 20-2 in the second to go up 37-4 at the break.
