By now, if you eat all of the traditional Thanksgiving and Christmas foods, you are probably getting a little tired of turkey. Of course, some people traditionally eat prime rib, and a few may enjoy ham; generally speaking though, fowl of some kind is usually what is gracing holiday tables.
