Resident voices concern over employee turnover within Pine Bluffs Police Department
The first Pine Bluffs Town Council meeting of the new year saw a full house, mainly members of the Laramie County Fire District No. 5, concerned about the welfare of the town's residents due to the high turnover of personnel within the police department, including three chiefs-of-police and four officers. The comments made came on the heels of the Christmas Eve hiring of a new chief to replace outgoing Police Chief Donald Taylor.
