Sierra Shelit looks for an open lane around Big Horn defenders on Friday. The Lady Hornets defeated all four of their opponents over the weekend to move to 10-1 on the season.
A slow start in the first half was capped off by explosive second half as the the Pine Bluffs Lady Hornets opened the annual Winter Classic in Sheridan County against Tongue River on Thursday with a 46-33 win.
Both teams wracked up nine points in the first period. The second saw the Lady Hornets start to pull away as they added another nine to their score while holding Tongue River to only six.
