Small town news slows down significantly when the weather turns cold and white and windy. You may be thinking that is almost every day in Wyoming.

So, to clarify, when the thermometer does not get above zero, the drifts are plowed and then blow back over the road and the wind goes faster than some speed limits, small towns hibernate.
