Hornets score often in double-win week

Pine Bluff’s one-two knock out combination of Hunter Thompson and Haize Forntsrom was in full effect last Tuesday at home against Potter-Dix. The pair combined for 43 points as the Hornets downed the Coyotes, 77-22.

Also shooting in double digits, and adding more power to the already deadly combo, was Trent Werner. Werner shot 10 points, including a pair of three-pointers.

The Hornets exploded offensively in the first half of the game with 55 points. Potter-Dix, could only muster 17 points. At the half, the Hornets had a commanding 55-17 lead.
