Lady Hornets sweep week

Solid offensive play pushed the Pine Bluffs Lady Hornets over the visiting Potter-Dix Lady Coyotes, 46-33 on Tuesday.

With four lead changes early, it looked like the contest would be close; however, the Lady Hornets shook off whatever rust they had built up and began to dominate the game.

By the end of the first half the home team was up 32-16.

Scoring wasn’t as big for the Lady Hornets, but it was enough to keep them in the lead. The home team managed to score 14 points in the second half of the game while giving up 17 to Potter-Dix.
