Hornets down Longhorns, Burns, Lusk

A high scoring game at home saw the Pine Bluffs Hornets come out the victor against the visiting Kimball Longhorns 76-70.

The win against the Longhorns is helping the Hornets prepare as they near post-season play.

“Kimball is very similar to some of the teams we will play in the postseason,” said coach Will Gray. “It was a great test for the kids. They shot the ball very well, and they get up and down the floor well.”

Not only is the win serving as preparation for later games, it sets another mark for Pine Bluffs.
