Albin approves purchase of gym floor; receives bid for ballpark lighting

The Town of Albin has given Kaiser Flooring from Cheyenne to green light to replace the gym floor in the town’s community center.

The Albin Town Council met March 10 and opened one bid received from Kaiser, which came in at $76,265.

The original quote from Kaiser back in November 2015 was for $84,000, which included game lines and the Wildcat logo in the center of the basketball court. The latest bid did not include graphics.

“It says game lines are not included, so what would it cost, I wonder,” said Mayor Kelly Krakow.
