A RUSH FOR WYOMING LAND

There is a demand for Wyoming land these days. The Douglas land office during the present month has transacted what is in all probability the greatest volume of business since the establishment of the office 25 years ago. Up to Wednesday, 30,420 acres had been disposed of. Homestead entries comprised the bulk of the filings there being 102 of them, aggregating 26,820 acres.

Enquiries received at the land office and by the locators here indicate that the next two months will see a much larger movement of homesteaders to this section in...
