Park tends to dead grass

A Pine Bluffs town employee's error led to the east portion of Pine Bluffs Park being closed. Pine Bluffs Deputy Clerk Rene Baker said a town employee errantly sprayed the wrong chemical on the grass, causing it to die. The mistake also affected the town baseball field. Pine Bluffs Public Works Director Jerry Lamb said the error was an honest mistake. According to Lamb, the park has been re-seeded and should take three-to-four weeks to grow back, after which it will be reopened.
