Drug case bound over to District Court

The case involving an Albin man who is facing felony drug charges and a federal investigation made its way to 1st Judicial District Court in Cheyenne Monday.

Hector Jasset Reza Colmenero appeared in Laramie County Circuit Court for a preliminary hearing Monday. The case was subsequently bound over to District Court.
