Entering its 66th year, much has changed with Pine Bluffs Trail Days, and a lot hasn't.

When the Laramie County Fair moved from Pine Bluffs to Cheyenne in the late 1940s, Pine Bluffs residents still wanted to have their own celebration. From that, Pine Bluffs Trail Days was born.

With 66 years to grow, numerous events have been added. In the 1980s, the mainstay mud volleyball tournament was added to the schedule of events. The one-day event has grown to a five-day event, and it includes a community melodrama, parade, street dances and youth rodeo.

This year is looking to be just as good...
