The creamery will soon be built

While the board of directors of the creamery company realize that on account of the dry spell it is rather discouraging to go ahead with the creamery, they feel that this is one of the great needs of this section and it will be all the more needed on account of short crops. They are determined to go ahead with the work of building the creamery, if possible.
