School lunch assistance is available

With the start of the 2016-17 school year taking place this coming Monday, Laramie County School District #2 is taking steps to make sure no student goes hungry while attending school.

In a release provided by the school district, free and reduced price meals will be available for children unable to pay the full price of meals served under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program. Each school, and the district office have a copy of the policy, which may be reviewed by any interested party. See the chart on the right for a breakdown of eligibility requirements.
