Area high school football seasons kickoff Friday night
Members of the Pine Bluffs High School football team go through drills last week to prepare for the upcoming season. The first game takes place at home Friday night as the Hornets host Mitchell, Nebraska. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
After all the practices, scrimmages and workouts, it's finally time to lace up the cleats, strap on the pads and take to the gridiron.
Local high school football gets under way this weekend with Pine Bluffs opening at home against Mitchell, Neb.
The Burns Broncs will be on the road at Saratoga.
The Pawnee (Grover, Colo.) Coyotes will be at Fleming.
