ACCUSES FRIEND OF ROBBING HIM

Last night a very interesting case was considered in Justice Mann’s court, but was dismissed on account of the plaintiff being unable to present the proper evidence against those whom he had previously accused.

J. O. Hamilton from near Bushnell arrived here the evening before in a state of intoxication and was assisted by Jelmer Falstrom and others in caring for his team.
