Happy homecoming for Coyotes

Pawnee's Joey Sanders, right, outruns a North Park defender last Friday as the Coyotes celebrated a 28-12 homecoming victory over the Wildcats.

On a really hot sunny day, Pawnee Coyotes hosted North Park from Walden for their Homecoming Game October 1, where a large group of fans cheered them on. The Pawnee band played throughout the game.

The girl's choir sang the National Anthem.

North Park had 22 players.

Coach Doug Miller said, "It was a real good win for the team after last weeks game beating 7th ranked North Park. We started out the same way for a few series but the guys got things going.
