Learning all about fire safety

The Pine Bluffs Kindergarten students were treated to a ride on Laramie County Fire District No. 5 firetrucks earlier this month as they learned about fire safety. The students throughout the month have been learning about firefighters and their gear, fire safety at school including fire drills and why to practice them, as well as about fire safety at home including what smoke detectors are and not playing with matches. October is designated Fire Safety Month across the country.
