Math is a piece of pie!

Katie Wright enjoys her piece of pie during the Burns Elementary Math Pi and Pie Night last Thursday evening. Wright attended the night with her family. According to Burns Elementary Principal Jerry Burkett, the night is held once every quarter with teachers hosting math games. It is then with hopes that the parents are able to go home and help their students work on math skills. Most of the games use supplies that most would already have at home.
