Thanksgiving Meal and Craft Show held in Burns Nov. 19

The Blessed Hope Baptist Church of Burns will hold its annual community Thanksgiving Meal in conjunction with the Rural Christmas Craft Show Nov. 19 at the Burns Plex, located on Main Street in Burns.

According to Pastor Nathaniel Ensley of Blessed Hope Baptist, the church will sponsor the free Thanksgiving meal starting at 11 a.m. to members of the community. The church has held its Thanksgiving meal since 2013 with a count of 270 being the largest number of individuals served. Last year, he believes there were 200 people that were served.
