Energy Share of Wyoming kicks off season

The private non-profit Energy Share of Wyoming organization will kick off its' season today, Dec. 1 in offering assistance to families statewide with energy-related emergencies.

The funds from Energy Share are to be used as a last resort for people in emergency need with no obvious resources. The organization may help individuals pay their energy bills. A one-time expenditure of up to $400 per household can be made to provide assistance. First priority goes to individuals and families at or above 185 percent of the Federal Poverty Level.
