It looks like the Town of Pine Bluffs will soon be moving to the other side of the tracks - at least expanding. At the Dec. 19 meeting of the Pine Bluffs Town Council, Tom Cobb and Brad Emmons from AVI updated the town on the progress of the North Wells Land Use Project.
"Since the last time we spoke, we talked a little bit about what we were going to do with the plan," said Cobb. "Now we've gone through, basically, two workshops and two steering committees. I'm here to report on the results of those meetings."
