LCSD #2 Rec Board seeking grant requests

The Laramie County School District No. 2 (LCSD #2) recreation board is asking that requests made for grant monies be submitted to the central administrative building in Pine Bluffs no later than 4 p.m. Feb. 1, 2017.

According to the district, the LCSD #2 Board of Trustees approved a 1.0 mill at the budget hearing July 11, 2016. This was approved on the assessed valuation of the school district to be used for recreation opportunities within the boundaries of LCSD #2. The board has this discretion based on Wyoming State Statute 18-9-201.
