Lang completes training

On December 9, 2016, Kelby Lang, a 2007 graduate of Pine Bluffs High School, graduated from Echo Company, 2nd Battalion, and 58th Infantry Regiment of Fort Benning, Georgia.

Upon completion of the 14-week One Station Unit Training, Lang earned Distinguished Honor Graduate status.

He was chosen Soldier of the Cycle by a board of cadre who select the one soldier who has outstanding qualities of leadership, competence and discipline across the company.

Kelby also earned the NCO Leadership Award and received the Army Achievement Medal.
