Pine students place well in ACT

From left, Pine Bluffs High School students Brandon Steege, James Estes, Samuel Garcia, Chris Fornstrom, Melissa Fornstrom and Kenzie Graves recently placed well in the ACT in December. Garcia scored a 30 and was one point away from acing the reading portion with a 35. He was followed closely by Graves, who scored a 28. Chris Fornstrom and Melissa Fornstrom jumped in with 27s. Estes and Steege rounded out the top tier finishers with 25s. All of these students qualified for the top tier of Hathaway Scholarship.
