Sixth-penny: Local municipalities finalize projects for May 2 ballot

As the May 2 election date draws closer, several towns in Laramie County are finalizing their wish lists for projects to be funded by sixth-penny tax collections.

Although the ballot was scheduled to be finalized already, several changes to Cheyenne city projects held up the process. Other county municipalities have already locked in their projects.
