Panthers and Eagles prove too much for Broncs in regional tourney

Coach Sean Patterson knew his squad had a tough challenge ahead going into the Wyoming 2A East Regional Tournament last week. The first round would be a test for the Broncs to see how their “second season” would shape up.

The Broncs matched up with the Wright Panthers last Thursday. The Panthers got the edge on the Broncs in the first, going up 16-10 at the end of the first period.

The Broncs outscored Wright 11-10 in the second to trail 26-21 at the break.
