Rodeo grounds busy with first week of roping and barrels action
The 2017 Pine Bluffs Summer Roping and Barrel Racing season opened last Friday at the rodeo grounds at Hwy 30 and Beech Street. The series will continue through July 21, when buckles will be awarded.
Last Friday night signaled the start of the 2017 Friday Night Roping and Barrel Racing series in Pine Bluffs. This is the second year for the series, which replaced the Double Bar G Rodeo last summer.
The series, which takes place at the Pine Bluffs Rodeo Grounds at Beech Street and Hwy 30, will continue through July 21, when buckles will be handed out for each category.
