The children of Roy and Samantha Basinger are part of the American Legion Post 60 contingent in the Grover Parade. They are, in the car, Kasey, pushing is Easton and Makayla is in the center. Roy Basinger is with the fire Department and a member of the Navy Reserve. More coverage inside!
