EPW committee moves Svinicki nomination forward

On June 15, U.S. Senator John Barrasso (R-WY), chairman of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW), delivered the following remarks at a committee business meeting on the reappointment of the Honorable Kristine Svinicki, to serve as a member of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).

Svinicki’s nomination was advanced by the committee by voice vote.
