Pawnee Football blocked for the season

The Pawnee Coyotes Football team is on hiatus for the 2017 season.

An attempt to field a team was in the end aborted when only eight players committed to play for the season.

“Last spring we began working on this as we were concerned about the number of students that we would have committing to play football in the fall,” said Kathy Adams, Pawnee Athletic Director. “After talking with the boys, we had 8 boys say they would be going out for football.
