PBHS track kicks off in Kimball, Saturday

After lull in prep sports, The Pine Bluffs Hornets will return to competition this weekend in Kimball, Neb.

The Kimball Invitational track and field meet will include schools from southeastern Wyoming and the Nebraska Panhandle.

This year's program is the largest in recent memory with well over 50 boys and girls turning out to compete.

Head Coach Dustin Lee said last week that the team's large size is a good thing. It will put less pressure on athletes to win their events. With so many team members, top six finishes will begin to add up.
