Broncs third in Pine

Burns High School sophomore Dakota Corman makes it over a hurdle during the 300-meter hurdle event at the Pine Bluffs High School track and field meet Thursday, April 19. Corman placed seventh in the event with a time of 48.33.

Several strong performances in Pine Bluffs landed Burns a third-place finish at the Pine Bluffs invitational track meet Thursday, April 19.

Keenan Manlove was the only Bronc to outright win an event. His 10-07.00 effort in the pole vault carried him to first place in that event, ahead of Boe Clayson who finished with a 10-01.00 vault.

However, because a number of Broncs chipped in to place and thereby earn points in other events, they were still able to walk away with third-place honors.
