End of the Trail Kite Festival brings people from all over

Bob Scharf, of Cheyenne, flies a stunt kite during the Pine Bluffs End of the Trail Kite Festival held Saturday.
In its second year, the event attracted flyers and spectators from Wyoming, Nebraska, Colorado and New Mexico. Because of the event's continued success, it is expected to become an annual occurrence in Pine Bluffs. Pine Bluffs Town Council Member Janna Kestner said the event will hopefully continue for years to come.
