Lady Hornets to conclude regular season at home 4 p.m. Friday, will take on Lusk

The Pine Bluffs Lady Hornets will wrap up an already impressive season on the volleyball court Friday at home after winning one of their toughest challenges of the year last weekend.

It took five games at home on Saturday, October 13 for the Lady Hornets to best a Glenrock team that has proven tough all season.

“The girls had mental lapses at times but fought hard,” said head coach Lisa Gilbert. “We overcame that mental block we have been fighting and we kept swinging and plugging away.

“This was a huge hurdle for us and I am extremely proud of them.”
