Do you go into the growing season wondering if your vegetables will be able to ripen because of our short growing season? Or maybe you're concerned about that special variety that you wanted to grow, but it looks like it going to take too long? We may have a very short growing season, but that doesn't mean that you have to lose out on that particular vegetable that you really want to have on your table, or in the pantry.
