Students from Pine Bluffs earned second place at the Eastern Wyoming College Wyoming Academic Challenge tournament held over the weekend.
The team consisting of Greg Fornstrom, Reagan Pachel, Joey Romans and Diana Sanchez earned the honors.
Pine Bluffs also took home first place honors in the small schools division.
Cheyenne East won the overall tournament.
According to a press release, teams of two-to-four competitors competed in four rigorous rounds of competition.
Questions ranged from current events, literature and mathematics.
Douglas High School took third at the event.
