Marilyn R. Mattson

Marilyn Ruby Mattson, 94, passed away in her home in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming, on Thursday, February 28, 2019. Following her wishes cremation has occurred and a family graveside service will take place followed by a family gathering at the Mattson farm north of Pine Bluffs, sometime later in the spring.

Marilyn was born on September 17, 1924 in rural Dunlap, Iowa, to John and Jessie (Honaker) Anderson. She attended country school near Dunlap and then went to live with her aunt in Logan, Iowa so she could attend high school. She graduated from Logan High School in 1944. On July 10, 1945 she...
