Victoria B. Smithey A Veteran Story

Born in Riverton, Wyoming, Victoria Belle Smithey nee Osborne made her debut into this world on May 2, 1970. She is the oldest of three girls born to Fred and Vickie Osborne.

Smithey graduated from Kelly Walsh High School in Casper, in 1988. She made a couple attempts at college, and finally decided what she needed was the military.
