Joey Romans Military Child Month Honoree

Military brats, base babies, whatever you call them the world has no shortage of children growing up in military households. Pine Bluffs has one of its very own in Joey Romans. A soft-spoken and highly intelligent young man, Joey is easy to talk to and has a definite idea of where he wants his life to go.
