Pine Bluffs Town Council introduce Resolution 2019-07

Mondays town council meeting opened with the introduction of Resolution 2019-07, a JPA loan application for construction of a new terminal and hangar at the airport. While the terminal is federally funded the hangar itself is locally funded at a cost of approximately 200,000 dollars which would be covered by the loan. It is anticipated that there will be a tenant in the hangar itself and those lease fees would be covered by said tenant.
