Town Council discuss waste, recycling and snow removal plan

A topic that has plagued the council for the last several meetings, once again recycling was an extended discussion in Monday nights town council meeting. "The trash system has been operating in the red for the last several years, and I really just believe that we have to get that fixed before we can even think about a recycling system."
