Burns Town Council discuss parking and snow removal

Burns Town Council opened with a discussion of resident parking issues. With the winter weather just around the corner there is some concern with people who park large vehicles and trailers on the city right of ways which makes plowing difficult at best. Council would also like to remind homeowners that it is their responsibility to clean up their areas of the alley. As it stands now it is almost impossible to get a small skid-steer down the allies from overgrowth of trees, debris, and trash scattered throughout.
