Pine Bluffs High School has initiated a new club called Environmental Club. Members like to call themselves the Pollution Police. While this is a fairly new club, there are roughly 20 current members. Anna Thomas, a teacher at the school, is the advisor/sponsor. Over winter break, members gathered at the school for a couple events. Members collected wrapping paper, boxes, etc. from around the community. They then organized the materials gathered and took them to Kimball to the recycling plant. The club is looking for more members and more ideas on how they can help improve the community. Meetings are held monthly and members will collect materials from around the school weekly
