Kathleen Kay Arp Woolbright, age 80, died January 17, 2020 at Amarillo, Texas. She was born November 11, 1939 to Grant Arp and Darlene Hammond Arp at Council Bluffs, Iowa. They moved to Carpenter, Wyoming in February 1948.

Kathleen attended Carpenter schools and graduated in 1958. She participated in choir, pep club, and track including the softball throwing competition. She worked for the C.N. Bell Insurance Agency in Cheyenne for nine years.
