Charles Stephens

Rev. Doctor Charles Jay Stephens passed peacefully to his heavenly home on January 24, 2020 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Chuck was born, December 10 1952 to Richard and Virginia Stephens and raised in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming. He graduated high school and attended the University of Wyoming with a BS Degree in Biology. He was a scholar and loved education. Chuck earned his Doctorate in Medicine at the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, a Masters Degree in Divinity at Iliff School of Theology and his master in Addictionology.
