"We received a special gift this week all the way from Askov, Minnesota! The package was addressed to the whole family and when we opened it there were a few looks of confusion as I shrieked with excitement!" said Elizabeth Zerck.
She went on to add, "When I was young my #2 mom, Clara Edin, used to make Swedish Bread. It was one of the many delights of my childhood tastebuds."
Thus the lesson began with making Swedish Bread! Kooper and Ember Zerck learned how to make this wonderful bread as well as share childhood memories from their mother.
